Job Description – Mid-Level 3D Generalist

With 10+ years of expertise in industrial and technical 3D animation, Prolific 3D Tech specializes in creating machine, product, and process animations. Our solutions include 3D Animations, Rendered Images, Virtual Showrooms, and 360° Factory Tours for leading engineering and manufacturing companies worldwide.

We are now expanding our creative team and are looking for a Mid-Level 3D Generalist passionate about technical visualization.

Role: Mid-Level 3D Generalist

• Domain: Industrial / Technical Animation.
• Experience: 2–4 years (preferred).
• Location: Vasai, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality industrial and technical 3D animations for machinery, products, and processes.
• Develop object animations and camera animations for dynamic industrial storytelling.
• Work on material creation, lighting setups, and realistic rendering for visuals.
• Collaborate with the creative and engineering teams to accurately represent complex machines and processes.
• Use FX elements (e.g., particles, fluids, simulations) where required to enhance animations.
• Optimize workflows to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and technical accuracy.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya.
• Strong knowledge of V-Ray for rendering.
• Expertise in Material Creation and Lighting Techniques.
• Experience in Camera Animation and Object Animation.
• Ability to create and integrate FX elements (particles, dynamics, simulations).
• Understanding of industrial and technical products and processes (preferred).
• Good sense of timing, composition, and storytelling in animations.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of other rendering engines (e.g., Arnold, Redshift).
• Basic compositing experience (After Effects or Nuke).
• Exposure to 3D product visualization workflows.
