Job Description

As a SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEM strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords. - Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform strategy. - Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for SEM campaigns. - Creating, implementing, and managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant search engines. - Writing compelling and effective ad copy that adheres to platform guidelines. - Managing and optimizing campaign budgets effectively to maximize results. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data on a regular basis. - Implementing A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and keywords to improve performance. - Managing and optimizing bidding strategies to achieve campaign goals. - Monitoring and managing ad extensions to enhance ad visibility and performance. - Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. - Generating regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts. - Staying up-to-date with the latest SEM trends, algorithm changes, and new features offered by search engines. - Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign performance and strategy. - Working with web development and design teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions. - Implementing and analyzing the results of landing page A/B tests. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - [Number] years of experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. - In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and experience with other PPC platforms. - Strong understanding of keyword research tools and techniques. - Proficiency in using web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Google Ads certifications are highly desirable. - Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and familiarity with CRM systems are pluses.,
