Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Seller Management Executive located in Ajmer. The Seller Management Executive will be responsible for managing seller accounts, developing seller engagement strategies, and ensuring seller satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with sellers, providing support and training, solving issues, and improving seller performance through data insights and feedback. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to enhance the overall seller experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy etc.
• Experience in account management, seller management, or related roles
• Customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to develop strategies and provide training
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Experience in digital marketing or IT solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
