Ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the electrical segment team to achieve performance objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team capabilities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Address client needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Budget and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the segment. Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency in all projects.
