Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Security Team Leader with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Taj Wellington Mews, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the security team to ensure effective implementation of security protocols.
Develop and implement security procedures to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
Train and guide team members on security procedures and best practices.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management and leadership.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
