Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Security Team Leader to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the security team to ensure effective protection of the premises and personnel.
Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of security principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
