Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Security Success Manager located in Thane, Maharashtra. The Security Success Manager will be responsible for leading client engagements, conducting cybersecurity assessments, managing security transformations, and ensuring the implementation of best security practices. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project completion. Some work-from-home is acceptable for this position.

Qualifications

• Physical Security and Security Management skills
• Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security skills
• Experience in risk management and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ISO 27001, CISM, or equivalent are desirable but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Candidates with previous Tech Support experience at Sutherland or other call centers in India will be preferred
• Willing to work in UK hours
