Security & Risk Delivery Manager

Role Overview: As a Security & Risk Delivery Manager at Deutsche Bank, your primary responsibility will be to work directly with the EUC Security Compliance and Risk Manager and other teams to respond to regulatory and audit demands. You will also lead collaboration efforts, drive technology refreshes, billing, and escalations for secure virtual desktops. This dynamic role requires a seasoned technologist with over 10 years of experience who can contribute to the bank's security posture and risk governance through creativity, innovation, and passion. Key Responsibilities: - Must have strong relationship and project management skills - Drive delivery of risk and regulatory needs of the bank - Ability to simplify technical information for senior management - Multi-task, prioritize work, and adapt in pressured situations - Experience in Risk or Vendor Risk within a Technology Department - Lead discussions with Audit teams effectively - Collaborate with business users, developers, and technology colleagues - Knowledge of Risk tools used in DB and IT Hardware Asset management - Coordinate activity related to Technology questionnaires from regulators - Operate within DB's Finding Management Policy (FMP) and Third-Party Management (TPM) KOD Qualifications Required: - Must have experience with oversight and management of financial, operational risk, client-facing, and technical aspects of secure virtual environments - Strong relationship and project management skills - Expertise in secure VDI technologies - Experience working with business clients to ensure policy adherence - Familiarity with remote computing technologies like ZScaler, MFA, VDI environments, etc. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Knowledge of Tableau or other relevant dashboarding technology About the Company: Deutsche Bank is committed to creating a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment where all individuals are welcome.
