*Monitoring Executive – Job Description*

_Role focused on tracking security guard performance, monitoring operations, generating reports, and resolving issues via direct communication._

*Role Overview*

The *Monitoring Executive* supervises and tracks daily activities of security guards across assigned sites (retail, corporate, industrial). You’ll monitor guard performance, generate operational reports, and proactively call guards to resolve on‑site issues, ensuring smooth, compliant security operations 24/7.

*Key Responsibilities*

- *Guard Tracking* – Monitor guard attendance, patrol routes, shift handovers using CCTV, GPS, or mobile‑app logs.

- *Performance Monitoring* – Verify guard compliance with SOPs (rounds timing, access‑control checks) and flag deviations.

- *Report Generation* – Produce daily/weekly guard‑activity reports, incident summaries, and KPI dashboards (response time, patrol coverage).

- *Issue Resolution* – Call guards directly to address real‑time issues (missed rounds, equipment malfunction) and coordinate immediate corrective action.

- *Escalation* – Notify site managers or senior ops when guard performance falls below SLA thresholds or critical incidents occur.

- *Documentation* – Log all guard interactions, alerts, and resolutions in security‑management system (LiveSecure, Securitas).

- *Stakeholder Communication* – Share reports with clients, ops leads, and senior management; provide insights on guard efficiency and risk mitigation.

*Required Qualifications*

- *Education*: *Graduation in any field*

- *Excellent communication skills in English* (written and verbal).

- *Experience*: 6 months - 2 years

- *Shift Pattern*: *Rotational shifts*
