Security Operations & Reporting executive

Job Summary: The Security Operations executive will be responsible for monitoring security guard reports submitted via WhatsApp on our office-installed screens, ensuring accuracy and consistency of daily reporting. The role involves communicating with security guards in Canada to verify attendance, confirm shift activities, and address any operational queries. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English along with proficiency in MS Word and Excel for preparing daily and weekly reports. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily WhatsApp reports submitted by security guards across different sites in Canada. Call security guards regularly to confirm attendance, shift activities, and resolve queries. Coordinate with the Canadian operations team to ensure smooth guard management and reporting. Maintain detailed records of guard activities, attendance, and performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel and Word as required. Escalate issues or irregularities in reporting/attendance to the operations manager. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professionalism in all communications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not mandatory if candidate has relevant experience). Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (report creation, formatting, and data handling). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision. Prior experience in coordination, monitoring, or security operations will be an advantage. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
