Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Maintain visitor and entry logs, and ensure all security procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building, including residential and office areas.
• Supervise security staff and ensure proper deployment at all checkpoints.
• Respond promptly to any suspicious activity, emergencies, or alarms.
• Coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams for safety and emergency measures.
• Ensure CCTV surveillance systems are operational and regularly reviewed.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident logs.
• Conduct regular fire and safety checks of the premises.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies by all staff and residents.
• Liaise with local authorities or emergency services when required.
  

Requirements

• Experience handling both residential and office security operations.
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and emergency protocols.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Physically fit, alert, and reliable.
• Preferably from a defense or security background.
