Security Manager

As a part of Micron Technology, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the physical security program under senior management direction. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the organization's physical security operations, including the development and implementation of access and perimeter control operational procedures. You will convey and verify security requirements, manage loss prevention and detection services, and enforce administrative procedures. Additionally, you will oversee the development and enhancement of security inspection procedures to prevent safety hazards and identify electronic access control equipment designed to detect unauthorized entry into facilities or property. Monitoring and directing Emergency Response operational plans and related activities as required will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for supervising the performance and assignments of personnel, coordinating physical security administrative and operational matters with management, local law enforcement, and client/customers to ensure continuity of operations. Providing leadership direction to the professional, technical, and support staff within the organization unit will be essential. You will play a key role in selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
