Security Engineer

Must have minimum 6-8 years of experience in Email security – Proofpoint.

· Should have strong understanding of SPF,DKIM and DMRAC records.

· Should have experience in Proofpoint modules to support include Proofpoint Email Protection, Targeted Attack Protection (TAP), Proofpoint Threat Response Message Remediation (TRAP) and Proofpoint Email Fraud Défense (EFD360)

· Develop and enforce email security policies, ensuring that they align with organizational and regulatory requirements.

· Troubleshoot issues related to email filtering, security policies, and false positives/negatives in the Proofpoint.

· Experience in enhancing & customizing email-security solutions for the emerging threats.

· Investigate alerts, triage, deep dive, and come up with proper action items and remediation plans.

· Technical knowledge of common attacks and vulnerabilities and make sure respective defence mechanisms are in place in customer environment again most advanced cyberattacks.

· Should be able to create standard design document and other technical documents.

· Should coordinate with the vendor in case of any issues.

· Ready to support for 24x7 and rotational shifts in project environment.
