Security Consultant

As a skilled professional in the field of Information Technology, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure Workday integrations with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, SAML, and X.509. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting Workday's single sign-on (SSO) functionality and related security setups. Collaboration with IT security teams to ensure alignment on data privacy, encryption, and access control will be a key aspect of your role. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting integration security issues and conducting risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. Additionally, you will be entrusted with leading the authentication strategy across various Workday integration touchpoints to ensure a robust and secure environment. To excel in this position, you are required to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of IT, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Workday integration and authentication/security. Your proficiency in working with Identity Providers such as Okta, Azure AD, and others will be highly beneficial. A strong understanding of integration protocols and secure API development is essential for success in this role. Moreover, your knowledge of the Workday Security framework and Integration System Users (ISUs) will further strengthen your capabilities in this position. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science or a related field, with an MBA qualification being preferred.
