Analyst, Technical Product Mgmt (Security & Audit) Global Grade - G3 Office Location - India Part Time / Full - Time- Full Time Job Description Overview: McDonald’s Corporation is on a transformational journey to globalize people practices. McDonald’s has undertaken Global People Modernization and is using SAP SuccessFactors together with a ServiceNow Employee Engagement Platform to transform people practices in over 20 McDonald’s markets and global offices. Supporting this journey is a team of dedicated technical and functional solutions experts delivering fixes and enhancements at break-neck speed using Agile methodologies. We are seeking a dynamic Security Analyst to assist with managing our cloud-based environments, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will help ensure seamless operations, security, and compliance across multiple cloud ecosystems. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Implement, and maintain procedures for securing, deploying, and managing applications and services in our SAP cloud environments. (Success Factors and BTP) Enforce best practices for change management, and deployment processes. Execute SOX audit processes for the SAP SuccessFactors environment, including documentation, testing, and remediation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability between cloud environments and other enterprise systems. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cloud deployments and environment management. Require strict adherence to McDonald’s deployment and change management processes, including MACM. Possess the knowledge and ability to interpret, educate, and enforce adherence to SDLC and ITIL processes. Education, Work Experience & Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP environments in a global organization. Experience executing SOX audit IT general controls. Expertise in cloud security, compliance, and governance principles. Proven experience in executing environment management procedures, including deployment and access control. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with diverse teams. Professional certifications in SAP Success Factors or BPT are a plus. Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory. Experience with SAP BTP and HANA DB preferred. Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies is critical.
