This Position reports to:Global IS Security ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to successfully develop and implement security measures for ABB in your area of responsibility. Each day, you will protect ABB from rapidly escalating threats. You will also showcase your expertise by staying vigilant in combating security threats, taking charge of the organization’s cybersecurity, and keeping track of existing security infrastructure to ensure systems that protect vital information are secured.The work model for the role is #OnsiteThis role is contributing to the IS Services in India or Poland.You will be mainly accountable for:

• 2+ years’ experience in leading globally distributed service or project, preferably in the area of security awareness, learning & development, e-learning or communication.
• Graduate level in Communication / Marketing / Learning and Training or equivalent practical experience.
• Practical experience in delivering designing and innovating in the area of different message distribution techniques to ensure end user communities understand and continually apply the required changes.
  

Qualifications:

• Fluency in verbal English is required, excellent English-writing and English-speaking skills with presentation and training delivery skills are essential.
• Very strong, and proven communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization (including senior stakeholders and executives), during the normal course of operations and during crisis.
• Instructional Design, Communication, Instructor, Security, Auditor, Service and Project Management Certifications are a plus.
