Key Responsibilities

1. Physical Security Management

• Oversee and manage the physical security of all company plants, offices, and facilities.
  
• Develop and implement robust security policies, protocols, and SOPs.
  
• Coordinate closely with plant heads to ensure security coverage and risk mitigation.
  
• Conduct periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
  
• Supervise, train, and mentor security personnel, ensuring discipline and readiness.
  

2. Virtual & Digital Security

• Oversee virtual security across all plants and digital systems to protect data, assets, and operational technology.
  
• Collaborate with plant teams/IT/OT security to develop strong cyber-physical protection strategies.
  
• Monitor cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and incident response mechanisms.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards concerning industrial cyber safety.
  

3. Administration & Facility Management

• Lead administrative operations across plants including housekeeping, transport, facility upkeep, vendor management, and administrative governance.
  
• Ensure cost-efficient and high-quality facility management services.
  
• Implement systems for asset management, documentation, workplace discipline, and visitor management.
  
• Work with HR and plant leadership to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-managed administrative environment.
  

4. ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Leadership

• Oversee high-level ESG compliance and drive sustainability initiatives across all plants.
  
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, environmental, and social compliance norms.
  
• Collaborate with plant EHS teams to monitor carbon footprint, waste management, pollution control, and community relations.
  
• Lead ESG reporting, audits, certifications, and stakeholder communications.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for improving ESG performance aligned with global best practices.
  

5. Secure Infrastructure Development

• Design and implement integrated security infrastructure including surveillance, access control, perimeter security, and alarm systems.
  
• Ensure that both physical and digital security systems are modern, scalable, and compliant with industry best practices.
  
• Coordinate with external security agencies, ESG consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  

6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Provide strong leadership to security, admin, and ESG teams across all locations.
  
• Build a culture of safety, compliance, discipline, and accountability.
  
• Serve as the key point of contact for government agencies, law enforcement, consultants, and auditors.
  

Experience Requirements

• 15+ years of overall experience in Security, Administration, and Compliance.
  
• Minimum 10 years in the

  Indian Army

  with a focus on security operations (mandatory/preferred as applicable).
• Experience in industrial/chemical plant security and compliance is highly preferred.
  
• Exposure to ESG frameworks, sustainability initiatives, or ISO/EHS certifications is a strong plus.
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Administration, or related fields preferred.
  
• Certifications in security management, cybersecurity, ESG, or EHS are added advantages.
