Job Description

As a Business Analyst Lead in the Securities Services Team, you are responsible for setting and enhancing organizational objectives to ensure consistent achievement. Your role involves: - Ensuring requirements are documented in JIRA, including success criteria, and obtaining sign-off. - Overseeing the JIRA lifecycle, managing issue tracking, prioritization, and resolution. - Leading the prioritization of sprint backlogs by aligning tasks with business goals and project timelines. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to efficiently address critical tasks in each sprint cycle. - Managing the release process to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones. - Coordinating technical funding activities to support project initiatives. - Developing and implementing AI-driven strategies for managing reconciliation match rules to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support. - Defining the product vision, roadmap, metrics, and OKRs in collaboration with the Product Manager. - Engaging in agile best practices, including user story writing, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Ensuring timely updates are reported in Portfolio Intelligence and effectively communicated in various forums and formats. Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills required for this role: - At least 12 years of experience in software product development and change management. - Proficiency in project management and Business Analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel). - Working knowledge of digital tools like Alteryx and Tableau. - Knowledge of Reference Data Account & Standing Settlement Instruction. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. - Prior experience in software delivery and agile-focused development environments. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Highly energetic self-starter with a results-oriented mindset. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Experience in financial services or related industries. - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. - Familiarity with technical funding processes and business case development.,
