Securities & Derivatives Sr Supervisor - C11 - PUNE

As a Securities & Derivatives Sr Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team to ensure the seamless delivery of securities and derivatives transactions. Your key responsibilities include: - Resolving settlement issues and acting as a subject matter expert to interpret policies and guidelines - Analyzing data using tools to make process improvement recommendations - Utilizing your understanding of securities and derivatives settlement activities to interpret data, prepare reports, and present findings - Identifying policy gaps and formulating policies to streamline work processes - Assisting in project implementation and trade flow process enhancement initiatives - Making recommendations for launching new products, services, and upgraded platforms based on data interpretation - Providing informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members - Monitoring errors to minimize risk to the bank and ensuring compliance with audit and control policies Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Previous people management experience - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
