In this exciting opportunity at Citi, you will be joining the Markets Operations team, which is currently undergoing a transformation to implement a target operating model. As a part of this dynamic and diverse organization with a global presence, you will play a key role in supporting various front post execution Operations teams and Capital Markets products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze alerts generated by transactions against Sanctions Screening lists during the lifecycle of a transaction. - Conduct alert investigation using global standard policies, procedures, and tools to meet internal and external regulatory requirements. - Deliver efficient customer service with detailed processing knowledge that meets quality standards. - Assist new team members with procedural tasks once expertise has been developed. - Assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations. **Qualifications:** - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. **Education:** - High School diploma (Bachelors degree/University degree preferred) This job description provides an overview of the work performed, with additional job-related duties assigned as required.
