As an Acquisition Finance Expert, your role involves developing expertise in Acquisition Finance and staying updated with sector developments. You will gather comprehensive information through client meetings, conferences, and document reviews. Your responsibilities include: - Analyzing financial aspects using advanced financial modeling, benchmarking, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing. - Reviewing valuation of the target company, cash flows, debt service coverage ratios, and other financial indicators to assess the financial feasibility and profitability of Acquirer and Acquiree. - Ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. - Managing timely submission of Credit Approval Memos (CAM) for deal approval. - Engaging in deal discussions with internal stakeholders and contributing to term sheet preparation and negotiation. - Establishing credit risk assessment frameworks and models for Acquisition Finance transactions. - Monitoring market, operational, and regulatory risks associated with Acquisition Finance activities. - Driving business development through deal structuring initiatives and promoting the organization's culture within the team.
