Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Packing Operations:

• Ensure transformers and their accessories are packed according to

  stringent safety standards and industry best practices

  for heavy, high-value equipment.

• Supervise the selection and application of appropriate packing materials

  (e.g., specialized crates, protective coverings, cushioning) to prevent damage during transit, considering the voltage class (up to 220 kV) and transportation methods.

• Ensure correct labeling and documentation

  for all outgoing shipments.

• Dispatch Management:

• Coordinate the scheduling and execution of dispatches

  in alignment with production timelines and customer delivery requirements.

• Liaise with logistics providers, transporters, and shipping agents

  to arrange suitable transportation, ensuring compliance with all regulations and contractual obligations.

• Manage loading and unloading operations

• Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team

  of packing and dispatch personnel, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies

• Contribute to the development and refinement of
