Job Description

Lead the Sourcing activities, New Supplier Identification Part Development activities for the entire power train section including Transmission

Lead Manage the Price finalization of Power Train, Development of Power Train Components, Vendor process/quality stabilization sign off the parts for mass production.

Ensure the supplier capacity according to the production requirements

Cross Functional coordination for smooth operations

Lead Manage the Team members for size upto 7.

Prepare the MIS report for management reporting.

Monitor lead cost reduction activities implement with cross functional coordination

Purchase order management, Localization activities.

Train motivate the Team members.
