Job Description

Job Title : SH Finance

Project MIS & Reporting:

Develop and maintain MIS for project financials, including WBS-based budget monitoring.
Publish weekly Cost-to-Complete reports and other financial dashboards.
Collaborate with the project team to compile latest cost estimates, possible savings.
Track key assumptions and cost movements for management review.

Budget & Cash Flow Management:

Monitor PR & PO status and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Prepare and update cash flow projection for the project.

Contract Analysis & Observations:

Review contracts for financial implications and highlight deviations or risks.
Support contract finalization with observations on cost and compliance.

Vendor Financial Due Diligence:

Conduct financial diligence for new vendors and packages.
Prepare and publish vendor financial health reports.

Compliance & Governance:

Ensure adherence to DOA and company policies in all projects financial activities.

System & Process Management:

Utilize SAP for financial tracking and reporting.
Drive automation and accuracy in MIS processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Works Accountant (CWA) preferred.
710 years of experience in finance roles, with exposure to greenfield or brownfield projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP and project financial systems.
Experience in project MIS, budget monitoring and vendor due diligence.
