Role Summary

Zonal Secretary

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ZSM & RMs, including correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Compile and circulate sales reports, business review presentations, and doctor engagement data.
Manage financial processes such as expense claims, reimbursements, vendor payments, and forex settlements.
Coordinate zonal and national meetings, events, webinars, and conferences.
Maintain accurate records and manage systems such as
Solaris (expenses)
and
Lynx CRM (doctor database)
.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between zonal and regional teams.

Profile Requirements

Graduate in any discipline with
3–5 years of secretarial/administrative experience
(pharmaceutical industry experience preferred).
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of design tools (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop) is an added advantage.
Professional, discreet, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel at short notice.
