Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
  • Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages.
  • Managing and sorting incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and filing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Communication:
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, partners, and internal staff.
  • Relaying information and ensuring timely communication flow within the office.
  • Office Management:
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Managing and updating databases, contact information, and client files.
  • Organizing and preparing for meetings by producing agendas and taking minutes.
