Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Secretary located in Ahmedabad. The Secretary will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks, providing executive administrative support, handling customer service interactions, and assisting with company secretarial work. Day-to-day tasks will include organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports and documents.

Qualifications

  • Strong Clerical Skills, including organizing and maintaining files
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Secondary education or equivalent qualification
