We are looking for a proactive and efficient Executive Assistant to support our Chairman in day-to-day operations, communication, and business coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings of the Chairman Draft emails, prepare presentations, and handle professional communication Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Handle confidential documents and information responsibly Manage travel arrangements (domestic/international) Maintain records, reports, and follow-ups on tasks and projects Assist in social media content preparation (LinkedIn, Instagram) Perform basic research and data management tasks Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (any stream); MBA or business diploma preferred Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati) Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, Google Workspace Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality Well-organized with attention to detail Social media savvy (optional but preferred) Why Join Us?
