  • Experience

  • Skill Set & Personality Traits required:
    • Knowledge of Company Law/Corporate Law, basic accounting.
    • Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word in particular).
    • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Knowledge in ROC filing, MCA filing, Secretarial filing.
  • Location: Chennai
