We’ve designed systems, products, and websites for companies across the US, Dubai, Europe, and India.

We are now building our growth engine: SEO, content, and outbound to scale The Merc into a global product-design powerhouse.

This role is high-ownership, high-clarity, high-impact.

What You’ll Do

We’re hiring a mid-level growth-focused SEO specialist who understands SEO + content + lead research and can help us build a compounding inbound + outbound engine.

You will:

• Develop and execute our SEO strategy

• Build high-intent content around SaaS, product design, and UX strategy

• Support outbound (lead lists, vertical research, filters)

• Create SEO-ready landing pages & case studies

• Own analytics + reporting

• Build the systems that bring consistent inbound leads

• Work directly with the founder

• Content (Monthly Execution)

• Lead-Gen Support

• Reporting & Ownership

This is a pure execution + ownership role

✅ What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

• Has 2.5–5 years of experience in SEO

• Has written or managed content

• Understands B2B/SaaS/tech keywords

• Can think, plan, execute — not wait for instructions

• Loves working in small founder-led teams

• Wants to build a growth engine from scratch

• Is okay with ownership, autonomy, and fast decision-making

• Can work on-site in Jaipur (non-negotiable)
