About the Role: Senior SEO Executive

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill checklist SEO job. We’re looking for someone who gets search not just ranking, but intention, behavior, and performance. You’ll lead the charge on all things SEO from technical fixes to smart keyword placement and turn organic traffic into measurable growth.

What You’ll Own

• Complete SEO strategy planning, execution, and analysis
• Keyword research that actually drives conversions
• Site audits and action plans that fix more than just errors
• High-quality backlink strategy and outreach
• Real-time reporting with insights, not just numbers
• Collaboration with design, content, dev, and ad teams
• Staying 10 steps ahead of every algorithm update
• Mentoring juniors (if needed) and ensuring delivery quality

What You Need to Bring

• 2+ years of solid SEO experience (agency background is a plus)
• Deep hands-on with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC
• Clear understanding of how technical SEO impacts rankings
• Love for storytelling backed by data
• An eye for what works and the curiosity to test what might
• Confidence in presenting insights and results to clients or internal teams
• Time management that gets things done without burnout

Bonus If You Have

• Basic knowledge of PPC campaigns
• Experience working across multiple brands or industries
• Familiarity with local SEO, GMB, and schema markups
