Strategy & Planning  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.  Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.  Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively. 2. SEO & SEM  Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic rankings.  Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.  Perform keyword research and competitive analysis. 3. Content Marketing & Social Media  Create and oversee content strategies for blogs, social media, email marketing, and more.  Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).  Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries. 4. Email & CRM Marketing  Design and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.  Segment email lists and personalizes campaigns for better engagement. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting  Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track performance.  Provide reports on key metrics like traffic, conversions, and ROI.  Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. 6. Other Responsibilities  Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.  Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators.  Manage influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing programs. Job Description for Digital Marketing Specialist Qualifications & Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.  2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.  Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.  Experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM systems.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.  Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
