Search Engine Optimization Specialist

● Conduct regular technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SEMrush,

Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

● Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, and canonical issues.

● Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and URL structures to improve crawl efficiency

and rankings.

● Implement and manage structured data (Schema.org) for better SERP appearance and rich

snippets.

● Ensure proper indexation of pages through robots.txt, noindex tags, canonical tags, and XML

sitemaps.

● Collaborate with the development team to improve core web vitals, site speed, mobile

responsiveness, and other technical performance metrics.

● Monitor Google Search Console for coverage issues, manual actions, and indexing

anomalies.

● Work closely with the content and product teams to support SEO-friendly website changes

and migrations.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and search engine algorithm changes and update

strategies accordingly.

Key Requirements -

● 2–3 years of hands-on technical SEO experience

● Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and how they affect SEO.

● Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs,

SEMrush, Moz, GTmetrix, and PageSpeed Insights.

● Proven track record of solving technical SEO issues and improving site visibility.

● Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g Strapi, WordPress, etc.).

● Basic understanding of web server settings, CDN, and hosting configurations related to SEO.

● Ability to read and interpret data to make data-driven SEO decisions.

● Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
