Candidate must have proven 2-3 years of experience in a similar post in handling Pharma marketing sales operations. Candidate must possess strong business relationships, strategic thinking, result result-oriented approach and ability. 

• Should have a proven track record of achieving business targets in all his previous organisations. 
• The candidate would be responsible for the overall sales of the territory assigned, making short-term and long-term goals for business development. 
• Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales as per plan. 
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and communication with sales and marketing management. 
• Should take additional initiatives to expand the business of the company. 
• Business planning and strategy making for the sales growth in his zone (review, analysis and implementation).
