As an SEO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in improving the visibility, traffic, and lead-generation performance of our digital assets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing existing website content and pages to improve search engine rankings using targeted keywords.
• Leading complete

  on-page and off-page SEO

  efforts across projects, including metadata optimization, internal linking, and content structuring.
• Conducting regular

  technical SEO audits

  , identifying crawl issues, and coordinating fixes with the web development team.
• Driving

  lead generation

  by aligning SEO efforts with conversion-oriented strategies.
• Performing

  link building

  and off-page submissions to generate high-quality backlinks.
• Researching keyword trends and user intent to inform content creation.
• Collaborating with the content team to plan SEO-aligned blog articles and landing pages.
• Using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to monitor performance and generate reports.
• Staying current on search engine algorithm updates and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of hands-on SEO experience

  in a performance-based environment.
• Proven track record of executing successful

  on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

  strategies.
• Solid understanding of

  lead generation

  through organic channels.
• Experience in

  link building

  and backlink quality analysis.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), basic HTML/CSS, and website structure.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field is preferred.
