SE/AM Vehicle Inspection

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting vehicle inspections after the assembly stage in the automobile industry. Your primary focus will be on ensuring zero defects in mass production vehicles to meet customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in inspecting and evaluating vehicles during the new model establishment and development stage. Standardizing testing and inspection processes, training new inspectors, driving improvement projects, and maintaining quality standards will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct mass production vehicle quality inspections to achieve zero defects at the customer end. - Evaluate vehicles during the new model establishment and development stage. - Standardize testing and inspection processes. - Train new inspectors to enhance their skills and capabilities. - Drive improvement projects in the work area. - Apply functional knowledge of passenger cars and inspection standards. - Analyze problems and identify root causes for quality issues. - Utilize Quality Control Tools for practical applications, including SPC, analytical tools, and Six Sigma. - Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills. - Work efficiently in a lean, multi-tasking environment. - Independently handle products and situations as needed. Qualification Required: - Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in vehicle inspection activities. - Knowledge of vehicle inspection standards, engineering drawings, and inspection equipment. - Familiarity with ISO and Quality systems, Japanese Practices, and applicable regulations in the automotive industry. - Proficiency in computer applications for documentation, presentation, and data retrieval (MS Office). - Understanding of line quality handling, problem analysis, and leadership qualities. - Positive attitude towards teamwork and openness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,
