Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SDWAN L2 Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and troubleshooting SD-WAN solutions, as well as excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Configure and fine-tune SD-WAN policies, AppQoS, encryption methods, NGFW rules, and security features.
Troubleshoot GRE/IPSec tunnel issues and coordinate with cloud service providers and telecom partners.
Ensure logs are pushed to the SIEM platform and close incidents raised by the CSOC team.
Add/remove network switches in monitoring tools and perform periodic patching, hardening, and version upgrades.
Work with the Bank's network/security teams to resolve application access issues and maintain resource utilization.
Prepare RCAs, periodic reports, and address audit observations on time.
Lead preventive health checks, performance tuning, and continual improvements of the SD-WAN solution.
Assist and mentor L1 engineers; review their daily/weekly/monthly reports before submission.
Coordinate with OEM Professional Services for escalations and long-pending issues.
Harden SDWAN devices, patch them, and coordinate with OEM PS team for resolving issues & coordinating with OEM as escalation follow-up for long pending calls.

Job Requirements

Full-time graduate degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA preferred in CS, Electronics, or IT).
Minimum 5 years post-qualification in Routing/Switching/SD-WAN; at least 3 years hands-on in PSU/BFSI/listed companies.
At least one professional SD-WAN certification; Versa SD-WAN certification preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills across multiple teams and vendors.
Good communication in English and Hindi.
Background Verification (education & employment), and Police Verification Certificate (to be submitted within 3 months of joining).
Must be willing to provide telephonic/on-call support during emergencies.
