Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SD-WAN Network L2/L3 Support Engineer with expertise in Viptela to join our team in Chennai or Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for our SD-WAN solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:

  Provide L2/L3 support for SD-WAN network issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex network problems related to Viptela solutions.

• Network Configuration:

  Configure and manage SD-WAN devices, ensuring optimal performance and security. This includes working with technologies such as

  VXLAN

  ,

  EVPN

  , and

  IPsec

  .

• Incident Management:

  Respond to and resolve network incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring service continuity.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Monitor network performance using tools like

  SNMP

  ,

  NetFlow

  , and

  Wireshark

  , and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network architects, security teams, and vendors, to implement and support network solutions.

• Training and Mentorship:

  Provide guidance and training to junior network engineers and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network support, with a focus on SD-WAN technologies, particularly Viptela.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SD-WAN technologies and solutions, specifically Viptela.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and concepts (e.g.,

  BGP

  ,

  OSPF

  ,

  MPLS

  ,

  VPN

  ).
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices, including

  firewall configurations
