SDET – Test Automation UCaaS and CCaaS

About the Platform
Voice Services delivers AI-enhanced UCaaS and CCaaS with deep Microsoft Teams integration. Ensuring high-quality voice, video, and messaging performance is essential to the platform’s reliability.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test suites for backend and frontend services
Validate SIP/RTP voice flows and AI features such as transcription and sentiment
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Execute regression, performance, and security testing
Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing strategies

Qualifications

4–8 years of experience in test automation or QA engineering
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test scripting
Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Postman, or RestAssured
Familiarity with VoIP testing and cloud-native environments
Understanding of compliance testing and audit validation
