6+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing across UI, API, and integration layers
Lead the design and development of automation frameworks using JavaScript, TypeScript, Playwright, and RestAssured
Optimize and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability, reusability, and efficiency
Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test cases aligned with functional and performance requirements
Create robust API automation suites for backend service validation
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI
Collaborate with QA, development, DevOps, and product teams to align on test strategies and timelines
Mentor and guide junior SDETs, reviewing code and ensuring delivery of high-quality automation
Provide clear and actionable test reports, coverage metrics, and defect tracking summaries
Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
Knowledge of BDD frameworks like SpecFlow is preferred
Ability to incorporate performance testing into the automation suite is an added advantage
Familiarity with database testing and automation is desirable
Comfortable working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives
Preferred working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
