SDET Engineer

You will be joining Netradyne, a company that utilizes Computer Vision and Edge Computing to transform the transportation industry. As a Senior Staff SDET Engineer, you should hold a B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field and have 10 to 15 years of experience in software testing and automation, including at least 7 years of strong automation experience and 5+ years of leading an automation team. Your responsibilities will include understanding product requirements, creating detailed test plans and cases, leading the automation team, integrating and maintaining automation scripts in CI/CD, conducting various testing types, collaborating with product and development teams, and analyzing test metrics for quality improvements. To excel in this role, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the Software Product Development Life Cycle, expertise in automation frameworks using tools like TestNG, Selenium, and Appium, proficiency in REST API testing, writing test cases, defect logging, and test reporting, experience with SQL, Selenium, TestNG, and Java, and familiarity with CI/CD, cloud-hosted applications, performance testing, and mobile automation. Additionally, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, adaptability to new technologies, and the capacity to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines are essential qualities for this position.
