Software Development

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, code, test, and debug software applications in Java or Python.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define software requirements.
• Coding and Programming:
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Technology Stack:
• Work with Java or Python and related technologies.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring, Django) is a plus.
• Database Management:
• Develop and maintain database schemas and queries
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is desirable.
• Testing:
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address defects.
• Version Control:
• Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code repositories.
• Agile Development:
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software components.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to learn new languages and technologies as needed.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django) is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL or NoSQL technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software solutions.
