Job Description

Role & responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Work closely with Product Owners to formulate user stories, arrange them in the product backlog, and prepare the backlog for the next sprint. Conduct daily standup meetings with the development team to identify challenges or issues that can delay work or result in a change of plans. Optimize the productivity of the team by managing obstacles, handling interdependencies, and removing impediments. Forecast the number of deliverables possible in an iteration based on evidence. Encourage day-to-day collaboration and communication between the scrum team and Product Owner. Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the team. Support the team in adhering to Agile processes and tools, ensuring consistency and quality. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their Agile skills and knowledge.Assist in the development and implementation of Agile methodologies and best practices across the organization.
