Scrum Product Owner

Job Title: Scrum Product Owner

Department: Product Management

Reporting To: PMO/COO

Role Summary

Responsible for maximizing product value, managing product backlog, coordinating between clients, business, and technical teams, and ensuring timely, quality delivery across projects and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and manage product backlog and priorities

· Define and clarify business requirements

· Work closely with Scrum teams and remove blockers

· Participate in Agile ceremonies

· Oversee project onboarding, planning, execution & UAT sign-off

· Track projects in Odoo

· Monitor support tickets and SLA adherence

· Coordinate billing approvals & client sign-offs

· Submit weekly and daily status reports

Skills & Experience

· Strong knowledge of Scrum / Agile

· Excellent stakeholder communication

· Multi-project coordination ability

· Strong documentation & reporting skills

· Experience with helpdesk / project tools (Odoo preferred)

· High ownership & problem-solving ability
