Scrum Product Owner

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning and managing the product backlog for telecom BSS solutions or digital products. Your main tasks will include translating business and customer needs into epics, features, and user stories, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of solution requirements. Additionally, you will lead scrum ceremonies and act as a BSS domain or digital champion to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all product releases. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the product backlog for one or more telecom BSS solutions or digital products. - Translate business and customer needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. - Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. - Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and testing teams. - Lead scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, backlog grooming) and ensure alignment between delivery teams and business priorities. - Act as a BSS domain or digital champion to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all product releases. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System. - Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate Amdocs solutions using various methods. - Wide knowledge of relevant products and E2E Business processes. - Knowledge of the telecom industry and Amdocs business processes (ETOM, ASOM). - Experience in managing a team in cross-Amdocs domain solutions.
