What you’ll handle:
• Daily stand-ups, sprint planning & retros
• Coordinating with Dev, QA, UI/UX & Sales.
• Ensuring smooth and timely releases
• Improving team velocity and process
• Helping teams stay focused and organised
What we’re looking for:
• 3–7 years of Scrum/Agile experience
• Strong ownership and communication
• Experience with ClickUp
• Ability to manage multiple teams/microservices
• Someone who believes in outcomes, not just ceremonies
