Scrum Master

Job description

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master who possesses strong Business Analyst skills to facilitate Agile processes

and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both Scrum

methodologies and business analysis techniques, enabling them to bridge the gap between development teams

and stakeholders effectively.

- Overall 8+ years (Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment at least 2+ years)

- Experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements

gathering.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

- Familiarity with software development processes and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is must\
