Scrum Master

Role Overview: You will champion and reinforce Agile principles in the Scrum framework for 2-3 teams. Your role will involve promoting a safe environment for team members to express ideas, fostering continuous improvement, capturing metrics for team health data, providing support for the team to learn healthy Agile habits, removing impediments, supporting organizational objectives, and managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies proactively. Key Responsibilities: - Champion and reinforce Agile principles within the Scrum framework for 2-3 teams - Promote a safe environment for team members to express ideas and voice concerns constructively - Foster continuous improvement and guide the team to self-reflect and improve through experimentation - Capture metrics and team health data to improve forecasts and team pace - Provide support to lead the team towards maintaining healthy Agile habits - Remove impediments hindering the team from achieving sprint and release goals - Support organizational objectives and participate in new processes - Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies Qualifications Required: - Leader with a servant mentality, supporting and driving your Scrum teams - Broad experience in software development processes - Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with the ability to support multiple initiatives - Ability to provide creative solutions to challenging problems - Willingness to question existing processes and suggest improvements - Desire for self-improvement and growth within the role - Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum Org Additional Company Details: Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred. Having 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in software application development is desirable. Possessing a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master II from Scrum Organization is highly desirable. A qualification of B.Tech and above is required for this role.,
