Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years serving as a Scrum Master. This individual must hold certifications in CSM, PSM, and SAFe, and be well-versed in the software development life cycle (SDLC). As a key member of our Agile teams, the Scrum Master will drive the execution of projects by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) ensuring smooth collaboration across the team. • Act as a servant leader for the development teams, removing impediments and fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvement. • Partner with Product Owners to manage the product backlog, prioritize work, and ensure that goals and deliverables are met. • Coach teams on Agile principles, best practices, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with Scrum and SAFe methodologies. • Promote collaboration, transparency, and trust within the teams, acting as a mentor to team members. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates on project progress, risks, and any potential roadblocks. • Monitor team performance using Agile metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, and use data to drive team efficiency and effectiveness. • Facilitate the scaling of Agile practices and frameworks across teams when needed, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles. • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas, techniques, and technologies. Key Requirements: • Experience: 4-8 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. • Certifications: CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications are mandatory. • Knowledge of SDLC: Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), with the ability to guide the team through each phase. • Excellent Communication: Must be an exceptional communicator, capable of clearly conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proactive and Energetic: Must take initiative, be self-motivated, and have a high level of energy to keep teams focused and motivated. • Problem Solver: Ability to quickly identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from delivering high-quality work. • Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams, with a focus on servant leadership, fostering accountability, and driving results. • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience working with multiple Agile teams across different time zones. • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools. • Experience in scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe
