Job Description

As an Agile Coach/Scrum Master/RTE in Kochi, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), and best practices. Your role will involve facilitating Agile ceremonies and workshops, driving Agile adoption across the organization, and collaborating with stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals. You will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance Agile capabilities across teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and feedback. Additionally, you will measure and report on Agile maturity and team performance using relevant metrics and KPIs while also facilitating key ART events and supporting the scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams and departments. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills are essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc., and holding a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification are required. Preferred qualifications include experience in Agile transformation at scale in large or complex organizations, a background in software development, product management, or project management, familiarity with Lean, DevOps, and Design Thinking principles, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Agile certifications such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent would be advantageous.,
